International Shipping and APO We would be happy to ship to you, but remember, you are Responsible for any import duties and taxes! International shipments will be quoted in a timely manner, and you will be given a set amount of time in which to respond/cancel prior to your order being shipped as quoted. We haven't had any problems with APO's and have actually found them quite effective.. so I don't know why people complain. There are certain dealer agreements that we have signed also, which does not allow us to ship outside of the US. If you have ordered one of these items, we will let you know before we cancel the order.

Next Day Shipping! $50 or less means if it only costs us 30 bucks, we will adjust it and only charge you $30.... we are not trying to make money on shipping, just give you options!

Free Shipping Promotions include most full priced items to the lower 48 states. There are a few items that are oversized, need special handling, special sale items, or are just plain old not part of that promotion because if we can't break even then we won't be around for very long, and then where would we be?Any returns of Free Shipping Items will have $5 deducted for each clothing or accessories item, and $25 for any ski, skiboot, snowboard boot and snowboard plus any actual shipping charges. Refused shipments will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee plus any actual shipping charges regardless of the free shipping promotion.

Returns and Exchanges are bound to happen occasionally. First of all, If we messed up on your order let us know ASAP! Chances are, if we sent you the wrong thing, your item wound up in the middle of Texas someplace. So e-mail us at info@iskishop.com or call us at 1-888-823-SNOW so we can figure it out and fix it.

Returns: If for some reason you get something that doesn't fit, not quite what you thought it was, or plain old just don't like it, you can send back any unused, unaltered, resalable (would you buy something that was rolled up in a ball?) merchandise with its original packaging and tags intact within 30 days of invoice for a refund on your credit card less actual shipping charges. Please call 1-888-823-SNOW or email info@iskishop.com to receive a return authorization number. We can not give you a refund after 30 days, the credit card companies do not allow us to keep your information in cyberspace that long. If you would like to Exchange your item, please place the order for the new item to ensure availability, and then get the RA# so that we can process the order accordingly. Returns without an RA# will be refused.

All products are guaranteed against defects and workmanship . If they weren't, we wouldn't buy them either. However, you know what happens every now and then. So, if you have a problem that you believe is a defect, or a quality related issue, let us know ASAP so we can either fix it, replace it, or give you a refund. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product sold, which means, if you bust through the zipper on the jacket, we are only taking care of the jacket repair, not the trip to Utah . Also, when "defects" happen around rails, halfpipes, and trees, 9 times out of 10 they are not "defects," but they could be, we can't tell till we check it out. Sometimes it is easier to take an item to your local seamstress and have it fixed. It is faster, and most of the time, more economical.

It has come to our attention that occasionally there are problems on the webpage with pricing and or information listed. Computers, after all, are only as good as the ski bums entering the info. We reserve the right to cancel or change any orders that come up as incorrect pricing. If you place an order for something that comes up as $0, and you really want it, shoot us an email so we can fix it, we are not going to ship it out without charging the advertised price..... Duh, stuff aint free!

Lastly, but definately not least, all of this shipping stuff is Weather Dependant. ISkiShop can't help it if Mother Nature leaves your Oprah Sweater snowed in on the runway in Denver three days before Christmas, or there is flooding at the FedEx hub, but you can bet that we are doing our best to get you your stuff. Ground shipments are not guaranteed for time, but 2 day and 3 day are..... but Mother Nature and insurance don't always go hand in hand. Soooo, just now that we apologize in advance, but some times, Mother Nature just doesn't get it.
